Burre grew up on the island of Gotland, Sweden, in the town of Visby during the 1930s and 1940s.
There are 7 DVD volumes (audio/video books) available in English and Swedish languages (on the same DVD) which describe different types of adventures Burre pursued as he grew and until he left the island as a young man.
The first four volumes are now ready. These are:

Burre had adventures as an explorer of the island to give him experience to explore the adventures of the rest of the world. Burre had adventures with his friend, Rolf, as a hunter, mostly of hares and rabbits. Many funny adventures transpired for him and his close friends.
The remaining volumes are all coming soon (scheduled release is for Autumn 2007). Watch for release dates on this site. We hope you enjoy all seven episodes.

Burre also had adventures in military and sports, as well as town characters growing up during the 1930s and 1940s with wars going on around him and how he interpreted his world accordingly.
Burre grew up to be a physicist and electrical engineer who explored atoms, computers, art, and many other areas in his life. These stories are from his childhood and cast a light on the creativity of a boy who grew up to accomplish much.
Erik's legacy continues as proceeds from the sale of his adventures go toward cancer research and and other worthy causes, especially for children.
